Hatha Yoga Class with Susan Roth on Mondays (except Bank Holidays) from 7pm – 8.15pm in the Barbican Centre.
Yoga is not about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down! With that in mind our teacher Susan invites you to explore mind and body through yoga. This is an opportunity to increase your wellbeing by working on strength, mobility and balance and by learning how to switch on your relaxation response through breathing and mindfulness practices.
